Hi , I took out a new O2 contract but wanted to keep my old O2 PAYG number I filled the forms in and was told the number would swap on the 14th however this didn't happen I have since resubmitted the form to get a error message both times and cannot get through on the phones as it hangs up , live chat on the app will not work either

It's left me with a working phone but no numbers or anyone able to contact me . Can anybody please point me in the right direction , I need my old number back
Thanks

Sim swaps, pac codes and keeping numbers are currently taking ages.

Live chat is offline. However there are numerous numbers in this guide which you could try
