I have a Nokia Lumia 800 on the O2 network pay & go. I can use the internet at home by connecting to the wireless network we have at home. However, how do I use the internet when I am away from home? I've tried several times without success. Is it because I'm on pay as you go?

Many thanks. This is extremely annoying as I did that some weeks ago and I just checked my balance and it looks like I have been charged £1.00 per day for nothing as I have tried each day for weeks to get the internet especially at work but without success. What is the problem?
