Live Chat unavailable, so far been on hold for sales for 30 mins and still no answer. I want to buy a new phone to add to my existing contract but it looks like you don't want my business?

 

Before you reply with "we're very busy" let me pre-empt that reply with "you need to hire more staff then".

For the past two hours ive been trying to log in. The server asks for my name, no. and contract to be submitted but what for? there's nobody to talk to!? Useless!

It never used to be....I haven't had to contact them for a couple of months but before it was never more than a few minutes.

There are historically certain times when contact can be difficult (launch of a new must have phone for example) but it seems bad this last month or so for no apparent reason...?

The time of day you call can make a big difference too.
Early mornings are best time.
