I have checked the network coverage for my area on the site and it says it should be fine but me and my partner have struggled for days to get any signal at all for the last few days....

Have you reported it to O2?
Did you enter your full postcode?
The number is in "Contact us" at the bottom of the page, but you'll have to wait until tomorrow now.

I have this problem as well
I went to the live chat and was told as you were full signal etc but anyone that enters our road etc with 02 loses signal
the unhelpful person on the live chat basically said tough luck
I then went on the ask about closing the account and was told i would have to pay the remaining months left on my 2 year contract
I will certainly not be renewing my contract
