This is almost certainly a network fault in your area, did you use your full postcode here:
If nothing shows then report it so they can investigate.

Good Morning,
Are other people on the same Network in your area experiencing issues ?
Even though the Service Status page is saying the mast is working Ok ,you can still challenge this by phoning 02 and reporting it by dialing 202 for Contract Customers or 4445 for PAYG.
Not by Live Chat.
Try your sim card in another phone to rule out the handset itself.
If there is a setting within your phone that Resets Network Settings, then carry this out.
Give the APN settings are quick check to ensure nothing has changed.

Also sometimes a sim needs replacing.
You can pick up a blank Sim Card from your local 02 shop, or ask for one to be posted to you.
Then carry out the SwapMySim procedure.
I have included the link to do this.
Take into account it takes from approx 2 hours to 24 hours to fully activate, and by turning your phone off and on throughout this period helps to reset your services.

My husband's fone is locked to Vodafone and I'd never get the SIM out my old fone if I was to put it in as my new one is a microsim.
I'm now at my work and have a full H+ signal

Hi and thanks for replying.
If your phone is at full signal at work then by process of elimination it must be something to do with where you live ref fringe coverage, or the mast is not working correctly even though the page says it is.
You could try changing to use 2G service by turning off 3G in your phone to see if that helps although your speeds would be greatly reduced.
Or have the SwapMySim process I outlined in my first reply.
The service by 02 called TuGo be be of interest as another avenue when your at home.
