I decided to upgrade my mobile and my O2 account.
Today I received a text message from O2 thanking for my upgrade at 18:22.
on myO2 all the upgrades are showing and the same number is there.
Since I received that message that I don’t have service on my mobile.
I tried to restart the mobile , tried to remove and reinsert the sim, but nothing.
I am at the moment on holidays in Portugal and the customer service apparently is shut for the bank holidays.
What do you think I can do?

Customer services aren't closed for the holiday. They open at 9am tomorrow. All contact numbers, including calling from abroad are here https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
