29/04/22 had my 14 day cooling off period extended because of unresolved network issues in my area so I could exit a 18 month contract without penalty.
17/05/22 I receive 02 bill for £160.62, use twitter after being unable to get through on phone and the disconnection fee is clear and a new bill sent.
20/05/22 o2 bill arrives with nothing to pay.
02/06/22 o2 bill arrives for outstanding charge of £160.62 with a threat of further £6 added if not paid in 4 days, response on twitter this time is phone customer support.
