Hello, I am an existing O2 customer with a Pay Monthly contract that has finished so I guess I’m free to end it anytime. I have just bought a new phone that came with a new O2 contract. I was hoping to cancel the first contract and take the number with me to the new phone. I have contacted customer services and explained all of this until I am fed up to the back teeth. They haven’t even cancelled the first contract yet. All they are interested in is what football team do you support.
