New phone user Service causing stress

Anonymous
Not applicable

Credit ran out, tried to top up, call the 4444 service for some reason the transaction doesn't work. Try again online and this time it works. Next week I need to top up again so I try phoning and yet again it doesn't work. Go back online and now this no longer works either. I wonder did my debit card get reset so I check with my bank and no, nothing wrong on that end, even used the same card to purchase other things and it worked fine. I tried to use the customer service on this website but it doesn't work. O2 keeps texting me about a big bundle thing but I can't take advantage of it because topping up doesn't work. I just used the Lend Me A Quid thing and now they are going to charge me if I don't top up soon. Overall I guess I need advice on how to fix this and what service to use in the future to make sure I don't hit 0 credit. Being at 0 credit, being unable to contact anyone is a huge stressor for me so I would like to avoid it at all costs.

Auto top up if you want to stay on PAYG but a sim only deal might work better for you.
You'll never run out of credit then
