Upgraded my phone on the 18th of December and made sure i picked a phone that was instock only for an hour later to be told its out of stock now and still on the 23rd I've had no update or information about when my phone will arrive I'm not happy as paid 60£ to Upgrade intime for Christmas and wanted a certain deal

@St7 O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system, so even though it was showing as in stock it most likely wasn't. Unfortunately there are thousands of posts on this site going back over the years just like yours, and sadly, O2 won't alter their system so there will probably be thousands more.

Sales team have been useless it's now the 29th and was told today on phone it could be up to 3 more weeks I got the phone early so I could also get the 300£ cash back deal now I fear that when I finally get my phone the deal won't be valid anymore
