Hello, I have my new O2 sim which is great. I can't get anywhere with keeping my old number. All I come across is SIM swap which I don't understand. I am worried by doing the SIM swap I will lose the chance to keep my old number from three.
I really am not tech wise with jargon etc. I am about an hour away from cancelling the SIM and just staying with three even though network isn't great at my house. Phone customer services follow the push this button and that for it to say goodbye
It sent me texts to enter In the app but again don't know.
I entered pac code when joining up to O2 so I am at a loss as to why I have an O2 account with a new number not the old preferred one.
Been on phone ages and as said give it an hour or two before binning it.
Didn't have this bother changing daughters to plus net
