Need volte enabled on oppo find X 3 neo

No sign of any volte settings on my phone. I need volte on my oppo find X3 neo device as I live in an area with very poor signal.

So you need VoWiFi and not VoLTE as if you have poor signal VoLTE won't really help. 

You need to contact o2 and get them to enable it

Once O2 have activated it on your account you then turn it on in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
