Im not yet due an upgrade until jan 2021 but my phone has been broken for months so i have been using an old phone. Im happy to stay with use if you can offer me the right deal if not i have found one with another provider. Thank you

This is a community forum, not O2, sorry.

You need to discuss any deals with customer service on 202 from your O2 phone.

Note, even if you go to another provider, you will still have to pay off your O2 contract, so bear that in mind when comparing prices.

Also consider getting quotes to repair your own phone as this may be considerably cheaper for you.

@Jade18 January 2021 happened six months ago. Did you mean 2022? If you go to another provider before then you will have to pay off the remainder of your O2 contract.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
