Hi,
I recently renewed my contract, and in the store I mentioned that I had an NUS card. The assistant said that a discount on the monthly tariff would be applied - that I just had to wait for a text from them and reply to it. 3 weeks later and the text has never arrived and neither has the discount. Does anyone know how I can do this online?

You could try the O2 Chat function on this site but dont be surprised if you get nowhere with it. I was able to sort out my NHS discount through the Chat function not so long ago but that might have been a one off!
Best thing to do is call Customer Services free on 202 and they should be able to sort it there
