MyO2 app not working?

Having a problem with the MyO2 app on Android tonight.

Have put pin number in and get "Oops! Failed to get user identity dut to unlinking of MDISDN from account (Code 47)"

I was using it earlier and have made no changes. Using home wifi.

Uninstalled app and reinstalled it to no avail.

Any ideas

Solved. Doing maintenance on it. Phew. Was concerned had been hacked.

Yes. O2 were upgrading the app which is fine but the error messages were quite alarming.

But it is fine. I have no problem with them upgrading things and glad it is all sorted.

It is working fine again this morning peeps
