Hi I was given a sim that I pay for monthly with my virgin renewal last year I pay £5 a month I don’t even know where the sim is as I lost it and I have never used it. I wish to cancel it but I can’t access the account as you can’t text my phone as I don’t have the sim anymore as I lost it.
