Hi there,
My phone number has been barred due to not paying my direct debit on time, now I cannot access My o2 to chat to an operator to discuss payment and my circumstances, as it requires an sms code sent to my number (which I cannot receive due to my phone being barred). I cannot call them up either, as I am currently abroad. Is there any other way I can contact the o2 customer support online? Would not want for my phone to be disconnected. Many thanks!
