My network mast near me is not working NN4 6EL

The o2 mast near me NN4 6EL in Northampton, shows as not working but an engineer is on the case, but it has now been 5 days, since it has been working properly, can you help please.

Network issues are down to the mast owners / operators. This is a joint mast with Vodafone who also have problems. I'm sure both O2 and Vodafone want this sorted as soon as practically possiblle
