My bill

I don't like talking about what happened to me, but I suffered from an illness. I let a number of bills slip because we couldn't pay the rent and more, and I spent a good 12 months in hospital, then another 6, then another 2.

I am really ashamed of this.

I was cut off and I don't expect it to be back on, I just want to find a way to pay o2 what I owe but I don't know where to start 😞

Try not to feel ashamed of getting into debt. You have such a refreshing attitude in wanting to clear the debt. Many people bury their head in the sand hoping it will go away. Speak to customer service and they can put a repayment plan in place for you. They won't reconnect your phone but at this moment in time you are better with a P&G mobile.
