I rang 02 up about the situation being I started a new job up and if they could freeze my account until I get paid meaning I’ll still be able to use it and acquire no charges. I rang up twice to make sure they had froze to which they both said yes and now I’ve come to find out they hadn’t at all and now my phones gone off and can only use WiFi, how can I go about this?

There’s no help from them either as the phone keeps getting hung up saying there too busy.
