Hi when recieving my recnt O2 bill I was kind of confused why I was charged an amount that was over the price that I should be paying. Before upgrading my contract I was on a basic £14.00, but when I upgraded my contract I was supposed to be paying £18.00 which I still continue to get unlimited minutes and text messages apart from a change of 12GB of data instead of 5GB of data. So my main question is why I was charged £19.36 which is a bit strange as I should not be paying that amount. I would like this to be amended as soon as please.

@Ihsan

If you upgraded your tariff mid-month, you will be charged for the days of your new tariff up to the original bill date.

Hi @Ihsan this is not o2 you are talking to. We are all customers here. Have you check your myo2 to see a breakdown of the charges? Please read this guide
