Ji,

I'd like to cancel my O2 account and billing.

I got a sim card through Virgin Media, can i cancel just the O2 sim card and bill?

If you only want to cancel the O2 SIM it has to be done within 14 days of the order else you will incur termination fees.

If you do cancel you may have to renegotiate your Virgin package which is dependent on having an O2 SIM

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
