I have recently joined O2 and should be getting very good 4G signal in and outdoors however O2 say they've been working on a mast nearby so that is why I have very poor mobile data signal. They keep changing the repair date and this will now be a month! Am I able to claim more y back from my monthly bill for failure to deliver a service?

@Craigdavid71

You may get a goodwill gesture if you ask O2.

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus but no network guarantees 100% coverage or 100% fault free.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
