Customer Services will not be able to tell you what has used the data, just the times and data used.

I would check your phone, and see if any apps have auto updated overnight, or an update has triggered on your phone.  Did your phone lose WiFi connectivity at all??

You can check on your phone under Apps to see what has used the data, or on Android, it will tell you what has used the data under the Data settings.
