Mobile data connection failures

I have been trying to contact o2 for over 2 weeks as my mobile data is not connecting!!! Say no internet connection when not near WiFi but have mobile data package that I’m paying for and can’t use!!!

Have you got mobile data turned on?

What phone are you using?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Yes - mobile data has been turned on, access stopped when it went to roaming while visiting Scotland and have had no access since - using iPhone

Try changing your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
