You can buy a Bolt On @Tim1958 

Usually found in MYO2 

With a choice of size and a cost for each amount of data chosen 

Found under your data allowance

Are you saying you have used your data allowance or is your phone giving you a warning that you have?

If the latter, go into your settings and change the warning limit to align with the data allowance on your contract.
