I still can not view my bill via MY O2 app. I can still use the app to see remaining data allowance and extra charges but i'm not able to see my current bill. O2 said they are investingating the issue with the apple version of the app. What the hell is going on with this? I have had this pesistant problem for almost two months now.
Unfortunately, as customers, we cannot answer your question. We can only provide you the encouragement to keep on persisting with CS in the hope that they find the issue and fix it for you

Nothing that they haven't already told me. They reset my password for the millionth time, advised me to download the app via the O2 website and make a fresh install, nothing happend. I'm left wondering if it's because i'm on the O2 Refresh unlimted 24M 8G tariff... Someone on O2 live chat told me that the app will only show my my remaining allowances and phone plan. My partners android versiom still lets her view her airtime plan no problem!
