MMS settings

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I have a Windows phone, model Microsoft Lumia 435 using Windows 8.1.

I am on Pay & Go.

Until a couple of months ago, I used to be able to send and receive MMS.  I am now unable to do this.

I did the online chat thing, with someone from O2 who said it was because my balance was nil, also that I would have to add a £6 per month bolt on.

I topped up an extra £20, still can't send or receive MMS.  I don't really want to add the bolt on as I do not use it that often but sometimes it is handy.

I just can't understand why it has suddenly stopped?

Can anyone help come up with an answer please?

Try texting the word "active" to 2020.
Save the settings that get sent back then reboot the phone. But you do need credit to send them.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
