Living in the Isle of Man

I'm currently living in the Isle of Man. I'm due to upgrade but have yet to update my address. Can I still be an O2 customer in the Isle of Man? If so do i just update my address and process my upgrade? TIA

Hi ZoeMcD20

You have to maintain a UK address which doesnt include Isle of Man.

You will also be classed as permanently roaming, so you may also find restriction to service as o2 dont provide service on the Isle of Man.

If you are going to be on the Isle of Man for a long time you need to look at Manx Telecom or Sure (if it is still called that).

Perfect thank you. Been here since end of 2018. Phone has worked fine. Bill paid on time no problems. Just dont think I ever updated my address only realised now when been offered and upgrade. Yeah still is Manx Telecom and Sure.
