Live Chat not available?

Hi All,

Anyone know why Live Chat to a guru is not available at the moment? It's been off since yesterday morning.

Or, anyone know how to call 202 from abroad? I've tried +44 844 809 0200 but it just says "number not assigned". Any ideas?

Live chat has been decimated by covid so advisers on there are reduced in numbers
