I have installed 'Connection Manager' from an E173 dongle and entered the details for my O2 number for mobile broadband and my mobile phone (not O2).
I have created an O2 account for the mobile broadband number and added money successfully.
However when I click the in Connection Manager "View Usage and Buy Access" I am asked to enter my number. If I enter the mobile broadband number I get an error message that the number has not been recognised. If I put in my mobile phone number it is recognised but it is not an O2 number so it can not take me to my account.
Somewhere along the line I have entered my mobile phone number instead of my mobile broadband number. I can not see away of correcting this.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the connection manger twice. I have cleared the cache on my browser twice and the history. This does no change things.
The laptop is running windows 7 and the browser is Firefox.
I would appreciate any help

You don't have an account for mobile broadband, it's all done in the CM software using only the MB number as this is nothing to do with your mobile number.
Possibly O2 can delete the account so you can try again, I've never seen this before so I'm not sure.

They'll have to set up the account for you at this point I believe.
There is no account for MBB, it's all done directly from the CM software.
