Late payment on credit file

Good Morning,

I'm hoping someone may be able to help and point me in the right direction. I've emailed credit file referral team twice, with no response.

O2 placed a late payment on my credit file. I contacted o2 and they cleared the balance due to an internal breakdown in communications. I was advised to email the credit file referral team to have the late payment removed.

I'd really like to have this resolved ASAP, I've already had to delay a financial transaction, due to the late payment appearing on my credit file.

Is there another method to reach the credit file referral team?

Ah OK, the email address I was given by Customer Support was creditfilereferrals@o2.com

The old address may or may not be working now.

We were given a new address for a reason.......

Note that it can take 10 working days for a response but may be longer over the Christmas period.

I've emailed both addresses and they've both returned acknowledgement of my emails.

My previous were 3 working days apart. I'll follow up again if it goes past 10 working days.
