Hi, is there any way to contact O2 other than over the phone?
due to the current coronavirus lockdown, I have no income coming in due to being self emplyed, we are awaiting payment of a universal credit claim but that won't come through until the end of the month.
We paid the phone bills, but didn't have the money to pay for the apple watches linked to the accounts.
I've tried ringing but it goes through to the payment options as I have been cut off, and there doesn't seem to be an option to talk to an advisor, so was hoping to do a live chat or email etc.
I've messaged them on Facebook but I dont think they're going to get back to me due to being so busy
any help appreciated and thanks in advance

Hi, thanks for the swift reply, unfortunately due to being cut off we can't call any numbers hence why we need to do a live chat/email.
The payment line doesn't seem to have an option to be put through to an advisor

Choose any option at all to get to speak to someone. Be prepared for a long wait on hold.
