Hi upgraded my phone on Friday wanting to keep the same number filled the form in to keep the same number but my new phone hasn't got the 02 network don't want to be paying for 2 phones thankyou.

Use your old sim card for the time being if it fits.

Unless you have a 5G phone and in a 5G area there is no need to use the new sim.
