So, I very rarely check my bills. I didn't think I had to. I've always just trusted that O2 has been competent and honest.
I've been going through my bills for the past tax year for my tax returns, and I've been shocked to discover that, although my bill was a standard of £10.14, some bills have been as high as £26! Everything is inclusive, so this should NOT be the case! I checked the most expensive bill, and it had double the price of Disney plus as an extra! I'm speechless.
I know this is historic, but I rarely check my bills- of course it's NYE so O2 aren't getting back to me, but how do I go about getting an explanation/ refund for this c*ck up?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
