Hello
so for years I've had two phone contracts with O2 in my name - one for myself and one for my daughter. Last month my daughter signed up to a new phone and contract still with O2 but solely in her name. The guy in the shop said we needed to do internal migration. -but we can't get hold of anyone to do this!!
ive cancelled the direct debit from my account because my daughter is now paying for it but without IM she's not getting her data allowance which she is paying for - any advice please?
Hope this makes sense!!??

You need to call customer service to ask them to migrate the number across.
