Incorrect Account Charges

Hi,

I sined a contract on10th March 2020 for £67.00 per month, both my first bill charged at the end of April 2020 £69.72 and normal regular bill £68.80 are too high.

I checked online and it has been set up for the wrong amount £57.34 plus £10.66 VAT.

Please correct and refund any overcharges for April and May 2020.

Also my 10th March 2020 "pre order" will not allow me to obtain FREE airbuds????

Please advise.
