Hello not sure if I should post here but am trying to sort out my bill that has run into arrears I am trying to contact O2 but am not able to use chat (its unavailable at the moment) or email. I have not been well and had financial difficulties due you wages not being paid on time is there any to discuss this with o2 by not having to call them?

This is a customer forum. There isn't anyone here that could access your account or resolve anything for you. Your best chance of sorting this out is to call Customer Services. Do not try to do it via chat. You'll only wind up in a worse mess than you're in now.
