IMEI records....do o2 keep them?

Hi, I have a warranty issue with HTC who are refusing to repair my phone because they claim my phone is not the one they previously sent me as another warranty replacement.

I know it is the phone they sent and I need a record of the IMEI numbers used with my phone number over the past few months.

Would o2 hold this information?

Thanks

Jon

I presume they do. This website can tell you carrier info from a imei number

Got to imagine that the database is searchable so O2 must keep records.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told
