All the tariffs you can change to are in myo2, just select the change tariff option. 

If you are outside of your minimum term, then have a look at the upgrade options, or look at the likes of uSwitch.

Check MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

and see if you can see the words, you are eligible to UPGRADE. If so, check the tariffs in the shop and see if there is one which suits your needs better. Also if you are on Switch UP Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want! you can also change to a cheaper one then.
