I was trying to pay my wifes phone bill but you have added the money to my phone

I was trying to pay my wife's phone bill as our account are on 1 account. They we're due yesterday mine got payed but my wife's didn't and I was trying to pay the £25 for her bill but its been added to my phone account

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
