Today they sent me a text message and email with the statement for my device plan agreement.
Why have they sent me this? It doesn't give much information. I'm just curious why after a year I'd get this when I had everything on sign up? Any ingmdighr would be great as I was /still am new to o2 and getting used to the way they do things.
