question. How else are people supposed to call you when the line is disconnected? I made a payment well over two hours ago and my service has still NOT been reconnected. And customer lines are only accepting calls regarding fraud

Sorry to here you haven't been reconnected yet. It can take up to 24 hours for service to resume after a payment has been made. In the meantime try turning your phone on and off every so often as this can help speed up the process. 

 

If you have wifi you can contact friends and family through apps such as whats app, facebook and skype.

You need to speak to the payment management team

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. It’s a free call

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is massively annoying, it’s now been two days and my line has STILL been reconnected, I can totally understand in the current state of affairs the company’s customer service has been compromised BUT this is a utter shambles. You cannot speak to anyone if your line has been cut off, how the F**K else are we supposed to get our/your issues sorted out. 🤷🏾‍♂️
