My O2 doesn't work, it keeps saying
Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet.. Don't worry. You can still manage your account in My 02 for the web.
I have contacted O2 and they were not helpful and can't fix it.
So without using the my O2 app how do I check my balance on things? I have messaged BALANCE to 21202 and 20202 but it doesn't reply to me or tells me to go the website. I have tried visiting the website using my data as well but nothing changes.
Anyone got any idea how to check my data, minutes and messages?

You and many others affected by this issue with MyO2, @AlexoxelA - for now, all you can do is keep track of calls, texts and data using your phone itself -
And
Call and SMS history from the relevant apps.
