How can i remove a spend cap the website or app doesnt help and calling 202 is a waste of time. Im not suure what my cap is but prob zero as somehow ive racked up a charge of £4.17 help please

They would still have to call O2 @tonyrobo 

but they may have a better chance of getting through.

You need to call im afraid.

See the info below which is from an o2 Guru

Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
