After twenty years with Vodafone who have always been at the end of a phone even throughout Covid, I moved to O2 last week and I am seriously considering returning to Vodafone and cancelling the two contracts I have just taken on, as I cannot get any help for my issues. As a new customer I have some billing issues and questions I need help with but I just keep getting cut off when I call and none of the issues I have are on the forum pages and there is no one I can speak to on line either. Please can a O2 pro tell me how do I speak to a human for some urgent help. Many thanks

@Lisa70 O2 aren't very much interested in talking to customers these days unless they're buying something or upgrading. Their policy during this pandemic has been appalling. If you want to discuss your issue with customer service, below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Other numbers available are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

As O2 doesn't consider your call important, use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
