How Long Does A Number Transfer Take

I've re-joined 02 on a contract mobile phone, I gave the PAC Code during the order process. The phone is being delivered tomorrow will my number be the one I transferred or a temporary number? if so, how long does the number transfer take?

You will be sent a text with the porting date
