Hi o2 , I got issues with my delivery, I order a Samsung s23 ultra around 17 September 2023 and I still didn't receive anything, I left over a month cos I though this how long the process will take but now I want to know when I will receive my item, please let me know

Have O2 taken your payment ?
If they haven't, I would consider cancelling and ordering direct from Samsung. They are currently offering some good deals which will get better as we approach Black Friday. In addition, Samsung will send any free gifts such as buds with your order ; none of this redeeming codes etc.
