If any of your devices are on Refresh...yes you can pay that off early...However if you are having problems with your current bills you need to ring O2 Cs and ask if they can devise a payment plan as your situation has changed http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If your tariff is an O2 refresh it means if you pay off the device plan you are free to do whatever you want with the contract . Also It's one DD less every month :). You can turn it into a Pay and go or even cancel. Hope this helps

If you could get the money together to pay off the device then that would be very much the best option. Give notice to end the airtime or transfer to P&G which would automatically end the contract and produce a final bill. Hope all goes well for you.
