Is there a way I can chat live to someone at o2?

If you visit the O2 Shop, a request to chat should pop up after a few minutes, from around 08:30.

In your MyO2, you can chat from the Support button menu at bottom right:

If you use social media, as in Twitter or Facebook, the links to chat to them are just below this message, in Blue. Good luck, @Susieolivia01.
